Photo Processing Workflow:

• Your uploaded home photos are used only for AI model analysis of spatial structure, existing furniture layout, and lighting conditions
• AI model identifies: walls, floors, furniture types, space dimensions
• Generates personalized design solutions based on your style preferences
• Generated designs are stored only in your account and will not be used to train AI or publicly displayed

Data Isolation Commitment:

• Your original photos are completely isolated from other user data
• AI processing occurs in an encrypted environment
• Our employees cannot directly view your home photos unless you actively submit a customer service request

3.2 Service Improvement

• Anonymized usage statistics (such as most popular design styles) are used to improve features
• Crash logs are used to fix technical issues
• A/B testing to optimize user experience

3.3 Notifications and Communication

• Send design completion notifications
• Important feature updates (non-essential notifications can be disabled in settings)

3.4 Security and Abuse Prevention

• Detect abnormal account behavior (such as bulk generation for commercial resale)

4. Special Notes on AI Models and Data Usage

4.1 AI Training Data

We Promise:

• AI models are trained using publicly available, authorized home design datasets
• Your uploaded personal photos will not be used to train or improve AI models
• If we need to use user data to optimize models in the future, we will seek explicit consent separately

4.2 Rights to Generate Content

• You retain complete ownership of your uploaded original photos
• You have usage rights to AI-generated design solutions and can freely download, print, and share them
• We will not use your design solutions for marketing displays unless we obtain your written authorization

4.3 Image Recognition Technology

• We use computer vision technology to identify: furniture, walls, floors, windows, and other objects
• We do not recognize or store faces - even if faces appear in your photos, we will not use facial recognition technology to process them, nor will we store or collect any personal identity data
• We will not identify brand trademarks or personal item details

AI Functionality Providers

• Shared content: Photos temporarily transmitted for processing (deleted immediately after processing)
• Purpose: Run AI models to generate designs
• Protection measures: Encrypted data transmission, immediate deletion after processing, no retention

6. Data Storage and Security

6.1 Storage Duration

Active Accounts:

• Photos and design solutions: Retained as long as your account exists
• You can delete individual items in the app at any time

Deleted Data:

• After account deletion, personal data is removed from active systems within 30 days
• Data in backup systems will be completely cleared within 90 days
• Transaction records required by law may be retained longer (anonymized)

7. Your Rights and Control

We provide you with complete control over your personal data:

7.1 Right to Access

• View all uploaded photos and generated solutions anytime in "History"
• View personal information in "Mine"

7.2 Right to Delete

• Swipe to delete individual photos or design solutions in the app
• Immediately removed from servers (cleared from backup systems within 90 days)
• Delete the application to remove all local data

7.3 Right to Withdraw Consent

• You can withdraw previously granted permissions at any time in settings (such as photo access)
• Related features will be unavailable after withdrawal

8. Children's Privacy Protection

This app is rated 4+, suitable for all ages. We use anonymous login and do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone.

• Your home is always private - Photos are used only to generate designs for you and will not be shown to other users
• AI won't remember your home - Not used for model training after processing
• Employees can't see your photos - Unless you actively contact customer service
• Deletion means real deletion - Will not be retained in hidden backups
• We're not surveillance cameras - We strip location information and blur faces
