Thank you for choosing Roomco (hereinafter referred to as "the Application," "we," "us," or "Roomco"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Roomco regarding the use of the Application and related services.

Please read this Agreement carefully. By using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please stop using the Application immediately.

1. Service Description

1.1 Service Content

Roomco is an artificial intelligence-powered home design application that provides you with:

• AI Interior Design Generation: Upload room photos and AI automatically generates design solutions in multiple styles
• Style Customization: Personalized designs based on your preferences (modern, Scandinavian, minimalist, etc.)
• 3D Visualization: Intuitive preview of design effects
• Design Management: Save, edit, share, and export your designs
• Additional Features: New features and services we may introduce from time to time

1.2 Nature of Service

• The Application provides design assistance tools; generated design solutions are for reference only
• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies or elements that don't reflect actual conditions
• We do not guarantee the feasibility, cost accuracy, or final effects of design solutions
• Actual renovation and construction require consultation with professional designers and construction teams

1.3 Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the services at any time, including but not limited to:

• Adjusting features and service content
• Optimizing user interface and workflows
• Upgrading or replacing underlying technical architecture

For significant changes, we will notify you in advance through in-app notifications, email, or other reasonable means.

2. Account and Eligibility

2.1 Anonymous Account

• The Application uses an anonymous login mechanism
• The system automatically creates an anonymous account when you first open the app
• You do not need to provide phone number, email, or other identifying information
• Each device corresponds to one anonymous account

2.2 Account Security

Your Responsibilities:

• Safeguard your device to prevent unauthorized access to your account
• Do not transfer, sell, or lend your account to others
• If you discover unauthorized account use, contact us immediately through in-app feedback

Our Commitments:

• Implement reasonable technical measures to protect your account security
• Will not actively disclose your account information

2.3 Eligibility

• Minors aged 4-18 should use the Application with parental consent and supervision
• By using the Application, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements

2.4 Account Restrictions

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms of this Agreement
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
• Malicious attacks or service disruption
• Other circumstances we deem necessary

3. User Conduct Rules

3.1 Permitted Use

You may:

• Use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes
• Upload room photos that you own or have the right to use
• Generate, save, and share design solutions
• Use generated designs for your own home renovation
• Share your designs on social media

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Commercial Resale: Batch-generate design solutions for commercial resale or services
• Copyright Infringement: Upload photos you don't have the right to use (such as others' home photos, commercial space photos)
• Inappropriate Content: Upload photos containing violence, pornography, hate speech, or other inappropriate content
• Reverse Engineering: Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the Application's source code or AI models
• Service Abuse: Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to batch-generate designs
• Circumventing Restrictions: Attempt to bypass free version usage limits or subscription mechanisms
• Service Interference: Engage in any behavior that may interfere with, disrupt, or overload servers
• Data Collection: Scrape, crawl, or collect information from other users
• Illegal Use: Use the Application for any illegal purposes

3.3 Content Moderation

• We monitor user-uploaded content using a combination of AI and manual review
• We reserve the right to remove violating content and terminate violating accounts
• No prior notice or refund will be provided

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Our Rights

The following content is owned by Roomco or its licensors:

• The Application's software code, interface design, icons, and trademarks
• AI models, algorithms, and technical architecture
• Text, images, videos, and other content within the Application (excluding user-generated content)
• "Roomco" name and logo

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works
• Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
• Use our trademarks or logo without written permission

4.2 Your Uploaded Content Rights

You Retain All Rights:

• All rights to the original photos you upload belong to you
• We do not claim any rights to your uploaded photos

License Granted to Us:

When uploading photos, you grant us:

• Limited, non-exclusive license: Solely for providing design services to you
• Processing rights: AI analysis and processing of your photos to generate designs
• Storage rights: Securely store your photos and designs in your account

Our Commitments:

• Will not use your photos for AI model training (unless explicit consent is obtained)
• Will not publicly display or use your photos for marketing (unless written authorization is obtained)
• Will delete content from servers within a reasonable timeframe after you delete it

4.3 AI-Generated Content Rights

Complex Rights Situation:

AI-generated design solutions involve complex intellectual property issues:

• You provide the input (photos and preferences)
• We provide the AI tools and technology
• AI models are based on extensive training data

Limitations:

• You cannot claim exclusive copyright over AI-generated designs
• You cannot prevent other users from using similar designs (AI may generate similar content for different users)

4.4 User Feedback

If you provide us with suggestions, ideas, or feedback:

• We may freely use such feedback to improve our services
• No payment or further permission from you is required
• You waive any rights claims to such feedback

5. Paid Services and Subscriptions

5.1 Free vs. Paid Versions

Free Version:

• Limited daily design generations
• Basic style options
• Standard resolution output

Paid Subscription Version:

• Unlimited design generations
• Premium styles and customization options
• High-resolution output
• Priority customer support
• Other premium features

5.2 Subscription Plans

• Weekly Subscription: Auto-renews every week
• Yearly Subscription: Auto-renews every year

5.3 Pricing and Payment

• Subscription prices are clearly displayed in-app (may vary by region)
• Payment is processed through the App Store
• We do not directly process or store your payment information
• Prices may be adjusted at any time but will not affect current subscription periods

5.4 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew 24 hours before expiration
• Charges are billed to your Apple ID
• To cancel, disable auto-renewal in system settings at least 24 hours before expiration

Cancellation Methods:

iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Roomco → Cancel Subscription

5.5 Free Trial

• New users receive a free trial period
• Automatically converts to paid subscription 24 hours before trial ends
• To avoid paid conversion, cancel before trial period ends
• Each user/device is eligible for only one free trial
• We reserve the right to terminate or modify the free trial at any time

6. Disclaimer

6.1 Service Provided "As Is"

We strive to provide quality service, but:

• Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis
• We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free
• We do not guarantee that services will be completely secure or virus-free
• We do not guarantee that services will meet all your expectations
• We do not guarantee that services will generate completely accurate AI content

6.2 AI Technology Limitations

You understand and agree that:

AI technology is still developing and may produce:

• Designs that don't match actual space dimensions
• Impractical or unimplementable solutions
• Designs that don't comply with local building codes
• Visual flaws or inconsistencies

• AI cannot replace professional designer advice
• Final renovation plans should be reviewed by professionals

6.3 Third-Party Content

• The Application may contain links to third-party services or content
• We are not responsible for third-party content
• Access to third-party services is governed by their own terms

7. Privacy

7.1 Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

7.2 Data You Provide

When using Roomco, you may provide:

• Photos of your rooms
• Design preferences and settings
• Feedback and communications
• Device information and usage data

7.3 How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve our AI design services
• Generate personalized design recommendations
• Communicate with you about your account and services
• Analyze usage patterns and optimize the Application
• Comply with legal obligations

7.4 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge the inherent risks of transmitting data over the internet.

7.5 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

• Access your personal data
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data
• Object to certain processing
• Data portability

8. Children's Privacy

8.1 Age Restrictions

• Roomco is designed for users aged 4 and above
• Users under 18 should have parental consent and supervision

Before using the Application, please ensure you:

• Understand that AI-generated content is for reference only and cannot replace professional designers
